Pan-fried king scallops & prawns in a creamy watercress, baby carrot & tomato concasse

Pan-fried partridge breast with sweet potato puree, wild mushroom & asparagus

Grilled goat's cheese with beetroot & red onion salad, pesto sauce (v)

Sloe gin cured salmon gravlax with avocado mousse & baby beetroot, cucumber, truffle salad

Confit of pork belly with apple puree & asparagus, apple cider sauce

Mains:

Pan-fried fillet of venison with baby beetroot & potato fondant, red wine sauce

Seared cod with sauteed ratte potatoes & baby artichoke, asparagus, brown shrimp service with tomato sauce

Pan-fried monkfish wrapped in parma ham with truffle mash, tender stem broccoli, mussel white wine sauce

Rib eye steak  12oz served with chips and a salad garnish
